We support our clients using the Freshdesk service mainly. But you can email a support request to firstname.lastname@example.org directly. For your convenience, we provide you with several ways to contact us:
- Submitting a ticket via the Help Center
- Using the Help widget on the Help Center page
- Sending an email to email@example.com
To proceed with creating the ticket, please follow the steps in Creating ticket via Help Center.
If you’re using the Help widget, these are the steps to follow:
- Click Help at the bottom right.
- Hit Contact us in the displayed pop-up.
- Fill in the text fields Name, Email, Subject, and Description in the Contact us form.
- Attach screenshots or files to your request by using Take screenshot or Upload files sections of the form.
- Click I'm not a robot checkox by Google reCaptcha.
- Hit Send.
