To proceed with creating the ticket, please follow the steps in Creating ticket via Help Center.

If you’re using the Help widget, these are the steps to follow:

  1. Click Help at the bottom right.
  2. Hit Contact us in the displayed pop-up.

  3. Fill in the text fields NameEmailSubject, and Description in the Contact us form.
  4. Attach screenshots or files to your request by using Take screenshot or Upload files sections of the form.
  5. Click I'm not a robot checkox by Google reCaptcha.
  6. Hit Send.
