For any assistance with your fulfillment of the BolideAI app, you can send an email or submit requests through the Help Center. To manage and create support requests directly in the Help Center, you need to make an account. Alternatively, you can also use single-sign-on through Google, Facebook, or Twitter to log in.
After you signed up and logged in, you can submit your support request by clicking New support ticket as indicated below:
You will see the ticket form to fill in your contact information: your Email Address, Name, Phone Number, and details of the issue you are facing: Subject, Description, and Type. You can also attach files to the ticket.
After you hit Submit, you've created the ticket in the Help Center. Here, you can also track the status of the ticket and add replies and notes to it by clicking Check ticket status, as shown below:
