The Auto Open Trigger automatically displays a pop-up to customers after the time set on the Display Rules tab.
This is a tag for our latest features undergoing Beta release. We provide this new functionality to our customers for testing and giving feedback, which you can submit on Help or Feature Request tabs.
To make the Upsell & Cross-Sell feature look how you want, use CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). With its help, you can adjust the widgets' design and layout on your website. Our help article provides more information.
This label tells customers important things about a product: on sale, new, popular etc. Choose a collection for which you want to display this badge in the Upsell & Cross-Sell widget. Customize badges according to your needs.
The Exit Intent Trigger displays the pop-up to the customer just before they leave the page. On desktop devices, the pop-up appears when the mouse pointer moves to the window exit. On mobile devices, the pop-up appears when the visitor scrolls up the page.
Features marked with the “In Dev” tag are still in development.
In Stock Badge
The label is added to products to show customers which items they can buy right now. This badge will be displayed if the product inventory is more than 0. Read this Shopify help article to learn how to set up inventory.
This term describes available installation options depending on your current theme. The “Auto” and “Manual” options are available only in Vintage themes. The “Manual” widget can be set up through the code editor. For further information, please refer to our help article on Setting up Upsell & Cross-Sell product blocks.
This label can be added to products to highlight discounts or promotions. It's usually referred to as “On Sale”. This works only if comparative prices have been set up for the product. Please refer to the Shopify help article to set up sale prices.
For the Free Shipping Bar you can enable a Secondary Goal. It gives customers another incentive to continue purchasing.
Sold Out Badge
You can add the label to an item to show that it's unavailable or available for pre-order. It's usually referred to as “Sold Out” or “Pre-Order”. To use this badge, you need to have no items left in stock and check the “continue selling when out of stock” checkbox. Check out the Shopify help article for more information on how to sell products that are out of stock.
Targeting means using a user's IP address to find their location and limit their content based on their location. Thus, people see only things that are important to them.
The Upsell & Cross-Sell app has “unique keys” that help its work on a website. These keys are special codes that give access to the app's features. The app creates these special codes for each widget to make sure they work correctly. Unique keys are available only in OS 2.0 themes.
