How to check that the BolideAI app works in Shopify stores

After you’ve installed the app, a full synchronization of your product catalog and collections will start automatically. When the synchronization is complete, you can check that the app runs on your website.

Widgets display

When the widgets are created and activated, you can see their display on the storefront.

Note: Because of Shopify’s limitations, the BolideAI widgets only load after loading the entire store page. The widgets may not be displayed right after the page is opened.

For example, Recommendation Widgets will appear above, under, or next to the Theme sections and blocks on your Homepage, Collection, Product, Search results, and Cart pages, depending on the Theme layout created, and based on the display rules you have set in the Upsell & Cross-Sell app.

App analytics

Dashboard analytics allow you to track user activity in your store.

As you enable more of the BolideAI apps, you'll see more sections showing up on the Dashboard and the analytics data from their usage on both mobile and desktop devices. With these reports, you can track the performance of BolideAI widgets and analyze user behavior on your store site.

Data you track:

  • Impressions
  • Subscribers
  • Assisted sales

The data are also shown in chart format for:

  • Subscribers growth
  • Sales growth
